First and foremost, I'm the proud parent of an 18-month-old bundle of joy. And the second one is expected in June 2024. Parenthood is an adventure like no other – from heartwarming cuddles to the delightful chaos.

🏋️‍♂️ Hyrox Athlete

In the pursuit of physical excellence, I embrace the challenge of being a Hyrox athlete. The combination of endurance and strength calls to me. October 2023, I did my first ever race in Men Singles and finished in 1u43m58s. My next race will be in Rotterdam (6 April 2024) where I aim to improve my PR. During this journey I lost significant weight and became quite fit and energetic.

My actual goal is to dominate my children in sports or a footrace as long as possible.
